Wash butyl acrylate with alkaline water and add it to a polymerization kettle containing deionized water. Stir and disperse, then add sodium dodecyl sulfate and stir to form an emulsion. Heat again to 50 ℃ and add methyl acrylate dropwise. After dripping, add the initiator (1.5% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution) dropwise, add 3/5 of the total amount within 20 minutes, and react at 80-90 ℃. When the temperature drops to 70 ℃, continue to add the remaining ammonium persulfate aqueous solution. Stir at 80-90 ℃ for 1 hour. Vacuum distillation, separation of unreacted monomers, cooling and discharging to produce finished products.
